I put on a 2 piece bathing suit.. it is plus size but I feel sexy!

More work outs! I have spent most of my time in the pool .. swimming and using my water weights

Less snacking! i did so good last week.. so id say to myself o one snack is ok.... than it turned in to several!! so i need to stick to the plan!! no short cuts!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I find it most challenging in keeping my routine! It's hard with this COVID _19 to stay consistent with working out from home... I have gained 15 lbs since my gym shut down!! After My first baby girl~ I have gained a total of 80 LBS!!! SO needless to say I'm OVER WEIGHT . I'm Happy but I'm so un HEALTHY!! I need to get back on track! Put all my bad habits behind us and roll out the new me!! Well the Pre baby me! Let's show this diet bet who is the BOSS!! PICTURE BELOW IS ME ON 4-30-20~ just 2 weeks ago.. it was supposed to be our wedding date.. we re- scheduled it for next year July 1st 2021~ I cant wait to kik butt and see ME next year!! IF your TIRED of being the skinny girl on the inside come with me and lets let her shine on the out side!! :)
