Oh.my.god. I broke 300!!!!!!!! I want to cry, dance, laugh, hug everyone. But I'll just post here and share my great news!!

To those you that posted on my last serious comment with sweet sentiments and encouragement, I literally love you. Like actually stranger-love, love you. Thank you for your kindness and support. It's kept me going and helped me heal from the losses as well as stay focused even with a potential giant loss for the DB. Who knows, maybe your thoughts, prayers and kindness will help me pull it off!!!

Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Sep 29 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens.

Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted, and remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! (If you don't get one, check your spam folder.) You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.

Ana I think the part that was confusing in Stacy’s post is the sentence, if you’re a winner, you’ll be asked to submit photos and will get a new way in word when you visit the way in screens. I won’t know if I’m a winner until after I submit my two photos correct?

  • Good morning! Long post warning...😜
    This seems like a safe space to post this because we are all on a journey. What I admire so much about Stacy is that you have shared your journey, thank you. For me personally it is something I have struggled with, even though I know nothing is linear and that there are ups and downs. Even though I have lost a lot of weight instead of feeling pride about it I feel shame that I had to do it in the first place... Clearly not healthy 😂.

    I read this Bible verse recently that said "I will delight in my weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong."

    So, today I am delighting in my weakness, celebrating my strength, showing where I have been both my highest my lowest and where I am now. Celebrating that I get to move my body everyday and that life is a journey. Life is so much better now!!

    It definitely takes a while for the mental attitude to catch up with the physical but I'm on my way ☺

Thanks everyone. I'd like to say that taking the step and being vulnerable left me feeling empowered, but it was a tough day and I struggled. But I can recognize it and I can see how I can make improvements. Looking forward to a new day and taking more positive actions!

Thank you for sharing!!! Isn’t it weird when you have these feelings and shame but know logically it’s not true or right but you can’t shake them? That happened after my divorce. I can def relate. You’ll get there, what helped me was some talk therapy with a counsellor and very supportive friends

  • I didn’t make my step goal yesterday. My little walking partner hasn’t been feeling great (my 1-year old loves walking around the block a couple times) so I was short on steps. Today we walked but not the usual (about 1,500 steps) so I walked around the house to reach the 15,000. I refused to fall short two days in a row 😊😁

I am not gonna make my goal I am not close so much stuff was going on that caused me to eat crap but actually that's an excuse I've been working out consistently but its just not gonna happen this time around I'll try again but I'm really disappointed in myself.

There is such a thing as working out too much. Perhaps you should cut back, maybe more weightlifting than cardio. Maybe intermittent fast more, and if you are having 1500 calories or less a day, you should bump it up or do calorie confusion

I’m doing well. Sometimes it’s hard to figure out what has a lot of carbs, but I’m learning. Carb Manager is really helping.
