Non-scale victory of the week!

I have started parking at the top of the parking garage at work (3rd level) and taking the stairs. Today was the first time I noticed that I didn't really feel out of breath at the top of the stairs at the end of my shift!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Dieting in summer is SOOOOOO HARD! Ice cream, food trucks, s'mores! It's like the world is conspiring against me!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Made better food choices and I've started taking protein bars and shakes to work instead of leftovers, along with fruit. Having the fruit to snack on keeps me from eating all the junk food people bring and I'm cutting some calories with the shakes instead of a full-blown, generally carb heavy meal.

Could have pushed myself at the gym a bit more.
