Hey Warrior, Yes, I am! Just over one pound to go, and I've been going to a full-body conditioning class as well as running 4x per week getting ready for two 5K's in April... all this is keeping me moving in the right direction; also helps when I'm feeling lazy! I now have to wear belts with all my pants! ;)
What about you? Third time right? Are looking like a winner?

Oh, I've heard of Forks Over Knives on Netflix... I'll have to check it out.

Thanks for the input, and support, it has helped keeping me motivated! I plan on going for it... no excuses! Clean eating has made a big difference in how much better I feel. Plus, it tastes SO much better than pre-packaged or restaurant crappolla. I have gotten very assertive with wait staff, (nicely of course), but to make sure I know exactly what I'm getting. I think I would miss eggs, and greek yogurt the most if I tried vegan.

GREAT on the early workout! LOL about the Zumba girls. I'm going to do my 5K later tonight with my running partner Tux, my dog! Yesterday I shaved 5 minutes off my time. Wow, I am very close to the 4% 1.5 lbs to go! :) I'm in So Cal, so no weather worries here... just an earthquake every so often!
