Non-scale victory of the week!

I lost 6.6 pounds doing an egg fast. My weight had been fluctuating and I needed to reset and I'm glad I did.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Maybe drank more water some days like yesterday because I only had 22 oz of water.

Got back on track. I ended up eating some bread and gained some pounds.

not eaten that bread that was high in carbs and definitely exercised more
