Non-scale victory of the week!

well I don't really have an excuse. I went to my brothers funiral in Winnipeg. 2 day's drive snacking all the time since we didn't stop to eat just to sleep. Once there, I eat what there was, tried to make better choises but I would of had to do a whole lot more groceries and the trip cost enough as it is. Had a probleme on resisting junk food because the energy levels were low and the the emotions were high. So I fell off the wagon as they say.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have moved more, but the energy levels were so low I didn't move and the pain so bad I could bearly walk (emothions really attack my nerves)

my brothers sudden death meant I had to travel and have to eat in the car, not moveing much

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

weak started great but an unexpected event cause me to put things on hold for a bit. My sister in law is Ukranian and makes very good food for the taste but bad for the waiste. just tring to be smart and not over eat chose what is less domageing. I don t want to gain for shur.
