  • NSV soooo I am very pear shaped and have what they call an apron stomach so I have never felt comfortable wearing a shirt that didn’t cover my stomach, stepping outta my comfort zone with my 60 pound so far weight loss and going for it!

Uh... just feeling so down today! I have to lost 9lb total to “win” this diet bet and last month I lost over 10lb. So, I figured it was way doable. This month, it doesn’t seem like they’re coming off easily.

I keep fluctuating between a 2-3lb loss for the entire month currently and the only thing that I’ve changed is that I’m actually working out 30 minutes 3-4times a week, which I thought would help me lose even more!

Just feeling so defeated and still have 6lb to lose by the end of the month. Just trying to stay focused and motivated, but it’s so hard mentally some days.

I have 5.6 pounds to lose in 10 days! I got stuck at -.2 pounds for 2 weeks. Finally I got the kick start and lost 2 pounds. Now the dreaded 5.6 in 10 days! Can I, I'm sure going to try! Good luck everyone! Water here we come!

i emailed waybetter over a week ago and let them know i need leave the game and get a refund. i really need the money back but haven’t heard back from them.... any advice on how i can get a response fast??

I was looking at the rules, you have 7 days from the start of the game to request a refund. Look at your email to see if you met that qualification, then send them another email attaching the first email. Good luck!

Went to a few wineries for my birthday yesterday then came home and had pizza. I’m up about 4lbs today. I know it’s water weight, but it’s still annoying. Today also hasn’t been the day regarding my eating either. Trying to stay motivated though.

Well as of today the scale hasn’t went up or down it’s at a stall. This week I’m going to try and up my cardio do more cardio then weights and hopefully the scale will budge. My eating hasn’t been super splendid but it hasn’t been super horrible either. Being on your period you tend to snack and want sweets. Today is my daughters birthday and I promised myself even though we are having pizza and cake/ice cream. I’m going to force my self to not eat much cake/ice cream and maybe a slice of pizza and carrots to even it out

    1 thing I’m proud of: sticking to healthy eating and my water even though I am sick. Water tastes so gross when you’re sick lol but I swear it’s what has helped me recover faster!

    1 thing I want to do differently this week: Move my body even when I can’t get to the gym. Walk each day with my kiddos! Beautiful weather, no excuses!
