Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

The last few years I've been doing a slow climb up. I also like food, especially sugary ones. Ultimately though, when it comes to weight, I feel like I look pretty good, and don't want to make it about looks.
