  • Lots of peloton workouts this week because it was too cold to get out and run! But I got them done!! And ate fairly healthy considering the chaotic week I had! Aiming for more vegetables this week though.

Random - When you do your peloton, does your watch think your taking steps?

Hhmmm. Idk. I don’t ever look at my step found for some reason, so I’m not sure. I do know that my watch/phone connects to peloton so it counts my workout…just not sure if workouts count toward step goals.

Hi! I’m Crystal. I usually like indulging during the holidays and ordering a ton of Taco Bell and pizza to the house. I easily gain about 20-30 lbs so January is all about working out and eating healthy and no alcohol! While it can be quite the switch and a bit daunting, it is so worth it to me to lose the weight and maintain through out the year. What we do daily is the key in weight loss. Having a healthy routine helps me reach my goals.
