Thanks so much for the link, very relaxing, will give it a go and see how well i do with it. Will take alot of practice to block out everything else. But I liked the sounds of the beach

Yes, very relaxing, weather is nice too so getting out in the sun helps me relax and creating a distance between negative ppl as well and only having supportive ppl helps greatly. next court date not until the first so just gonna focus on my health and work on the destressing. thanks again :)

Absolutely!!! I honestly thought this would be easy...NOT!! I watch every single thing I eat now. Plus I'm PURPOSELY working out. I had ONE cheat day, and gained 3 lbs!!! NEVER again! Lol.

Ya, it has to be 100% diet and 100% activity to really maximize weight loss. I've been plateaued in the same range of 5# FOREVER. I have to be on point to keep weight off and so much as breath in a reese cup, I'll be up 2 lbs :) The.struggle.is.REAL! I'm wishing you all the best Jeremy! Just keep working out and eating clean.....I am right there with you friend!!!!

But I like all kinds of nut butters....such an addict of Justins Chocolate Almond Butter. Luckily, it's SO good and SO rich that I can only do one tablespoon. But YUM!!!
