Mikki. I feel that. I have high blood pressure that was spontaneous onset with a hypertensive crisis in 2018. They never found a reason, fine at the doctor one month and very next month deadly level. :flushed: I’ve gotten to minimal meds and definitely see trends in pressures related to my diet.
