I just had to friend you because it seems we are both in a similar place. We have won several DBs, but keep gaining it back. Let's motivate each other to get to goal, yet again!

Hope you're having a good day! The best advice I received from a trainer was to always keep trying, even when (or especially when) we mess up. She said that eating one cookie (or chips) isn't the end of the world. Just start trying again! Good luck this week!

Hi Ansley, I saw your post and thought I would try an encourage you. I'm not sure I'm that good at it....What is your biggest struggle? I struggle with the mind game of losing weight. Most of us know what we have to "do" to lose but it seems like each of us have to figure out what stands in our way. For me, it seems like I have a war on the inside constantly talking me out of what I am trying to accomplish. I fight this voice constantly! I also constantly analyze what my motivation is...for example, do I have a reason to really want to lose? What is your motivation for wanting to lose weight and be more healthy? Right now I struggle to "care" and that's why I looked into this dietbet to see if competition would help me. I don't think I am competitive but I'm hoping it will help. I also have a 30th class reunion in 2015 and a 25 wedding anniv. in 2015 and I would like to feel comfortable in my skin and my clothes. So far, I'm kind of inconsistent but here's to a good week.
