Hi Skipping Steps! Looks like we're back together again, and sort of in the same boat! I was doing great, and even sort of maintaining, but started creeping back up. After a busy weekend at a wedding and lots of events, I was officially up enough to take one another Transformer! While it would be nice if we hadn't gained, at least we are committed to getting it back off right away!


Oh my goodness, I never even saw this! Yes, together again! How is your Transformer going? Except for this last blowout weekend, I've been doing well. :-)

Hello there SkippingSteps! I just read your post from the 23rd. Keep your head held high. You can do this! It might not be in a 30 day period. . . but don't give up! Just because you have been in a tough "season", you still can pick up the pieces where you are at. You can do this! Sounds like you are juggling a lot of things. I'm cheering you on! Willing to go the extra mile for you! RAH RAH RAH! What area of study are you obtaining your masters?

Hi where did you get the DVDS for Jillian ?


Usually in the fitness section of Walmart. I needed a break from weights, so I'm doing her yoga DVDs right now. I'm going to get her new one very soon, though.

Thank you! The biggest tool for me is to log my calories. I try to work out with a Jillian Michaels DVD three times a week, and lately I've been going for a walk/run two or three times a week. The exercise is great, and helps, but it's the calorie tracking that really does it.

You are doing great! If you get discouraged, just look at how far you have come. Almost at goal weight!!!

I replied to your general post but wanted to leave some words of encouragement here. I know, being a home exerciser, it's easy to either put it off or let it go to the bottom of the list of thousands of things you need to do around the house but sometimes you have to make yourself the priority. Keep up the great work!

congratulations! I made my goal as well. I really missed the support as well and went to FitFusion Diet Bet...keep up the good work :) I still have a long way to go but am loving my progress!
