That’s a great image. I also think I probably won’t make it this month but if I decide to let that derail everything I have only myself to blame. I’ll probably only be 1 or 2 lbs above by the weigh in deadline, so there’s no excuse not to add that to next month and give it a shot again!

Bit the bullet and joined the mega MEGA transformer ($100/ month for 6 months to lose 10%). I’ve been finding this group super helpful and motivating. I think having short term and long term goals at the same time keeps me accountable too. Hope to see some familiar faces in that game !   • I DID IT! Turns out fibre wasn't the problem. I don't count calories since I do Intermittent fasting and I learned yesterday that the walnuts i was eating were 800 calories and i had been eating them every day for over a week! I now can try on those clothes I bought too small when I was 340 lbs!!! YAY!!! (had to blurr out my winter toes lol)

On Thursday we got a new elliptical to replace my dying treadmill. While I was able to use the treadmill for over 60 minutes and jog some, I struggle with using the elliptical for more than 15 minutes on a med-low setting.

So my goal for the weekend is 30 mins on the new machine.

You could also download (pay) for iFIT membership and they have tons of nature walks! We got the family membership when we bought a new NordicTrack treadmill! It's great because it keeps all your stats too! They have an app you can Download to your phone iPad or TV if you have a smart TV or fire stick or Roku!
I've found it well Worth the money and they have all sorts of workouts you can do to it including meditation, cycling, HIIT, yoga, stenghth, tower and elliptical!

For those who asked, we have a projector with roku connected to it! Same thing would work though if you have a smart tv by your treadmill, or you could use an iPad
