Non-scale victory of the week!

Being able to fit into a shirt that I have never been able to wear

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Yesterday was a terrible day. I did so good all week... then not so much. I just wanted to be part. I was starving so we ate blue berry muffins and bacon - good. But then then Tana want chicken salad and it sounded good so I had some even though I was not hungry. Then Kohlton was excited to make nachos so I had some. They were so delicious. And a Starbucks.... so much food and I knew it would not be good. I gained two pounds. And I was down to my lowest in forever.. 177 and now I’m back to back to almost 180 :(
