hi, I was so excited losing those initial 7 lbs. came of easy, now I am moving at a snails pace!! My body was sent in such shock because I had gotten in such bad habits hope I can turn it around and stick to it!! That is really good advice about not snacking at night, I plan to do that all the time from now on!! thanks for sharing, hope your having a great day!!!
