Non-scale victory of the week!
Last week, I exercised 4 days out of the week, which was more consistent than the weeks prior.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I definitely feel that I could've avoided indulging as much as I have lately, particularly on weekends and during celebratory occasions. I know that health is about balance, but I don't know that I maintained a great balance this past month.
