Exercising with a baby! lol. Did lots of riding my bike on my trainer this week and taking my son places like the mall and the antique store to get some steps in/combat cabin fever.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I never drink enough fluids, esp water. I’ve been much better recently as I know that’s a key component to weight loss, esp at my age. It’s just a good habit to have and I wish I was better at it.
