Non-scale victory of the week!

Really struggling to shift the weight, my last few DBs the weight normally comes off very easily at the start. This time it's different, been doing more interval/anaerobic exercise and. I might have to change. The OTHER problem is here in the UK, tomorrow is Pancake Day... Which is pretty self explanatory
