made most on my meals at home. only ate out one time last two weeks!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have. not been exercising as much as I want. I have been watching my calorie intake but I could make progress by working out. I kinda hit a platue. I also injured my knees a few weeks ago vacuuming so I have been trying to heal.

I still attempted to do intermittent fasting and not eat past 7pm. I started taking fish oil and 1 a day vitamins.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This last month was really hard and I gained back some of the weight I lost. I ate out too many times. I need to prep food more so I don't eat out as much.

Get back to eating mostly Vegan since that worked for my digestion and weight loss the best. Do not eat past 7pm.

Take a walk every day to get blood flowing. Get up earlier to get more work done. Prepare meals ahead of time to make it easier to cook and eat healthy. Get to bed earlier so I get better sleep and have time to read.
