Non-scale victory of the week!
made most on my meals at home. only ate out one time last two weeks!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I have. not been exercising as much as I want. I have been watching my calorie intake but I could make progress by working out. I kinda hit a platue. I also injured my knees a few weeks ago vacuuming so I have been trying to heal.
