Non-scale victory of the week!

Didn't stop for fast food while on my road trip, and didn't use my road trip as an excuse not to get my long runs in.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Tracked my food consistently and not used my long runs as an excuse to basically eat anything I wanted while on my trip.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Finished my comprehensive exam (11 hours) yesterday, and thought I'd get some treats to celebrate. I ended up getting white wine and chips and salsa...and only had one serving of each! That's an NSV in my book!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still need to work on adding strength training in.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Got 3/4 RunBet runs completed by Thursday for my 10k trainer! I think the fact that the distance is so much longer than in my 5k trainer bets, I'm worried I won't be able to finish if I wait. I can't just run the longer runs on back to back days. This has motivated me to get the running done sooner.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Really get a handle on my short strength training sessions.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Don't fall prey to the weekend trap! I'm always at my lowest weight on Friday morning, and usually at my highest weight on Monday morning. I want this weekend to be different. Cheers to a freakin' healthy weekend!
