Wow! Good Job! What's your game plan? You're doing Paleo, right? What else?

Im basically just eating super clean paleo and using myfitnesspal to track everything Im eating. Bike patrol is definitely helping too, and I'm wearing my Bluetooth heart rate monitor which interfaces with my runtastic app. Runtastic posts to myfitnesspal, which then tells me where I'm at caloriewise after I work out (so I don't accidentally eat 500 cal extra because I burned 200 exercising haha).

I don't worry too much about cal in, cal out as long as I'm getting at least 50% of my cal from fat and 30% from protein.

Also, I was doing PT earlier tonight as gate guard, haha.
