after gaining a ton of weight from vacation I was able to lose it all in 2 days. although that meant 2 hours of cardio plus an hour of lifting everyday to do it glad it was just water weight.

meal prep is on point. A personal note: 8 lose weight every day I eat Greek yogurt, it’s like my secret weapon.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

i harms a bug event with drinking and great food and I let myself go a bit. I gained a few lbs but I’m already back in line and losing that splurge weight.
