Non-scale victory of the week!

I took the picture and it showed the scale and word but I couldn’t see it on the one I submitted. I tried to replace photo and it wouldn’t let me. Hopefully you can see the picture in its entirety on your end.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Had a couple of events to attend and drank beer… that never helps so could have done better there but proud if myself and what I accomplished!

No drinking and eating so clean

Working out but with my back pain I am doing all I can right now

Doctor about back pain, workout a little more, continue with clean eating and go to bed at 10pm... I will make this happen!

Long-term goal weight

140 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I am 50 and notice gaining weight is easy and losing is really hard! Hormones are taking over!
