My Approach to Weight Loss: Whole foods and limit fat to 300 cal.
My Weight Loss Program: I don't follow a program
My Diet Plan: I limit fat calories to 300 per day and otherwise eat whole foods: whole wheat, rice, vegys, fruits. I try to limit sugar, honey, etc. to 200 calories a day.
