Has anyone else gained weight since their last weigh in. I’m struggling to stay focused with my diet as the adrenaline has worn off. Glad I’m doing 6 months to force me to stay with it.

Working out is just more fun then restrictive eating

I work with high school students for college admissions and this is a crazy time of year for me! I am trying to stay on track. I have about 5 pounds to go for my round 2 goal, but I’m starting Whole30 back on Monday to finish out April for a reset!

Very interesting that I am in two different 6 month challenges and with different number of participants, total pots, etc yet my payout for each of them was identical! I haven’t been a big fan of the return on other DietBet games compared to what the app takes from the pit and this seems like one heck of a coincidence!

The first round had a very good payout compared to first rounds I’ve done before. For transformers, the big payout is at the end. You will make all your money back and generally quite a bit more if you win. I haven’t done one in a long time but we usually got over $100 more than we put in. Of course, the most important part is the weight loss and the motivation to not lose your money. The extra is just fun. I remember I used to get a little frustrated at a small payout. However, then I lost a few games. It put it in perspective that a lot of people didn’t win (meaning they lost all their money and they didn’t lose much weight). Put it in perspective for me...

Hi Friends!

I’m glad to see so many people are interested in a more intimate accountability group. For a group chat we can use Facebook messenger, Snapchat, text, what’s app, or even just post DietBet posts to friends (instead of everyone). Once we decide a communication method we can decide what is the best way to encourage each other. Comment below any of the above methods you feel comfortable doing and we will go from there. :)

Hi all! Congrats on working hard this past month whether you made your goal or not!

Last month I lost weight through intermittent fasting and calorie restricting. I feel like moving forward that won’t be enough. This next month I want to work out more regularly.

What at home workout programs are you all doing? Would anyone be interested in starting a more intimate group accountability chat?

Please excuse if this is a repeat question but I am still a bit new to all this and want to make sure I understand correctly.

Is it correct that we have 48 hours after midnight PT to weigh in? As a nurse I work long and odd hours so I want to make sure I don't miss my time frame. Thank you in advance for the help! Good luck everyone and keep on pushing! You are all amazing and worthy!💗

IF is great. I'm doing hiit workouts and sticking to a very strict IF routine right now. I love hearing that other people are also using IF to meet their goals.

@hannah I am fasting from 5:30PM to 9:30PM. It makes such a difference in the way I feel. Feeling less bloated and more energized. I need to get better at exercise. It’s hard to find time with two toddlers and work from home. Have to make it a priority
