I have been using the MyFitnessPal app and it has been great.
I've never counted calories before and this has made it easy. I am on track to lose my needed weight!
I have learned so much about how much calories some things have.

Love MyFitnessPal pal - I pay the subscription for even more breakdown on the nutrition and really recommend it (think it’s $20 a month and you can cancel and go back to free anytime)

  • About to head into my week three (I started a week later). I spent the first two weeks gradually easing into a healthier lifestyle. In the past I have rushed it and felt guilty for having some sweets or carbs or anything else. This time I don’t feel guilty. I have had chocolate and some not so good junk food but it was in much smaller proportions and fit within my macros. This week I am being more organised by meal prepping. I’m ready to tighten the reins and eat clean! First meal prep: Creamy Chicken and Spinach.

I’m at 51% weightloss with 10 days left. Cutting it close, but I’m going to see this through strong til the end. I wish I hadn’t had those several hard days earlier in the game!

Thank you. I’m trying. I went to the gym every day this week except for today. I kept weighing myself and was losing weight but yesterday almost all the weight I had lost came back. I’m not sure how since I’ve been eating good and killing it at the gym. Not sure if my body is retaining water :confused:

Accountability post- last night was “date night” and I fell off hard. It finally got cold here in Texas and what did I want??? Ice cream!!! So I sure did jump off the wagon, get run over and ended up rolling down a hill and fast!!
Then today after tasting that sugary goodness, my body was hijacked and it gorged on more sugary goodness! 2 days of not staying on target and I’m so disappointed with myself! What is wrong with me!?!? Ugh! 😩 the Good thing is tomorrow is another day!!!
