100% already??!

SFTASTIC

Hey there! Yep, I hit 100% but a lot of it was definitely water weight! I weighed in after being on vacation for 2 weeks, totally cheating on my meal plan, not working out, and flying on an airplane. So, after getting back into my routine, drinking water and hitting the gym hard, a lot of the water weight fell off!
