breakfast i usually have plain oatmeal with a little bit of real maple syrup and cinnamon,
or plain greek yogurt with almonds, unsweetened coconut flakes and fruit (raspberry that's what I have for now)
snacks: some kind of nuts
lunch: depends, salads, homemade chili, etc
snack: fruit
dinner: usually green smoothies, depends as well.
