breakfast i usually have plain oatmeal with a little bit of real maple syrup and cinnamon,
or plain greek yogurt with almonds, unsweetened coconut flakes and fruit (raspberry that's what I have for now)

snacks: some kind of nuts

lunch: depends, salads, homemade chili, etc

snack: fruit

dinner: usually green smoothies, depends as well.

You may be right! I've lost 3 inches off my waist, still I don't care if muscle weighs more than fat, I want the scale to give me a break! :p
