Non-scale victory of the week!

I feel like I'm turning the corner. Hot Yoga Saturday and Monday, hit 13K steps Tues & Wed. Have Hot Yoga on the books for tonight. I feel so much better when I'm moving. Why do I stop?

Food/Drink is still an issue. I need to meal plan better.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Ate one square of milk chocolate with hazel nuts - but nothing else with added sugars. Stayed away from the bag of baked goodies my daughter made.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I really, but REALLY have to start exercising again. I see all my muscle definition that I worked so hard for fading.

Long-term goal weight

150 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I keep falling off the wagon with diet and exercise. I'm either killing it, or a complete slug. There has got to be a middle ground where I'm active all the time but not injuring myself, and where I can be eating healthy and not starving myself.
