I just added you as a friend - I need an individual to keep me on track! I have tried Pure Barre and Bar Method and they kick my butt - literally! I did not win my first Dietbet but did lose a tiny bit of weight. I am like you and don't have tons to lose, but need to drop the excess…I am going to stay focused to win this challenge :)
