17% loss?!?!! How in the world??

I have a minimum of 6 pounds to lose to reach 4% lost. I lost 1 pound since yesterday (probably just water weight to be honest). So 1/6 = 0.166666667 x 100 = 17% to reach my goal. So really the 17% lost is only relative to the pounds I have to lose. I hope that made sense lol
