Non-scale victory of the week!
I stayed strong In many situations. I had food prepped that I could rely on or something planned that I knew I could whip up quickly and I didn't need any takeout. I said no thanks when my husband got McDonald's and I didn't even steal a french fry on the drive home when the takeout bag was on my lap
