Non-scale victory of the week!

I stayed strong In many situations. I had food prepped that I could rely on or something planned that I knew I could whip up quickly and I didn't need any takeout. I said no thanks when my husband got McDonald's and I didn't even steal a french fry on the drive home when the takeout bag was on my lap

Have 1-2 treats on Christmas day and that's it. I will bring a cute veggie platter with me, too .

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did not eat emotionally on Friday night during the snowstorm when the power went out and our car got stuck in the snow. My husband stopped at the McDonald's drive thru and I resisted for myself and didn't even steal a french fry. I feel triumphant!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

On Wednesday, we had a work potluck/cookie exchange. I had two cookies and a rum ball at the party, but I didn't need them

My plan is to eat very on plan right up until Christmas day. On Christmas day, we are going to a brunch and a Christmas dinner. I will drink lots of water and bring veggies for the car. I will bring a veggie platter to Christmas dinner as well.

I really embraced JOMO this week. There were sooooo many eating and drinking opportunities that I did not need. I'm pushing off until Christmas!
