No worries about weight fluctuations during the game, it's normal! With a week left in my last game I had exceeded my goal only to eat poorly for just two meals and gained weight that put me a half pound shy of my goal :( I though for sure I wasn't going to win but I buckled down and made it, barely!
You can do this!! It's about the long distance win not just the sprints :)

Thank you Lisa! I am trying to make healthy choices every day and focus on long term change rather than quick fixes.

Been sticking to it. Upping my milage running (did a 7 mile and 8 mile run last weekend)...I think the past two months has been the slowest weight loss of my life, but it is coming off and I am seeing a difference in my stamina and energy. What are you doing for workout/diet?

Luca B.

Sounds like you are doing well Patrick! Good that you have been sticking with it even when progress is slow. I am getting back into running after a break, and food-wise I count calories but have been looking at the 5:2 diet lately.
