Non-scale victory of the week!

i already did 3 workouts even i didn't want to go! snacking was also quite under control except have a bar of tony choclony caramel zeezout. But I am going good so far!

i register 'kroketten' at the trainstation so far!! my weekness

I coule have eaten better at lunch at work and dinners before exercise. It is not bad, but it could be better
