I can relate!...Had the same thing happen to me...This time around I feel better but still some days those addictive impulses seem to kick in and there's nothing to do about it. But I noticed when I feel like bingeing, I don't like to eat as much anymore, so it's some progress...And it only happens once or twice a month...Any progress is progress, we can do it!!!! You will be back down there sooner than you think and maybe you needed this extra "round" to learn more about the whole process and get better at the next try. At least I'd like to think like that. Let's go get it!
