I feel good about this week. Maybe improve my sleep, as that’s been inconsistent, as always.

Im doing great w my step bet and going to the gym. I did get sore from a ton of lunges, but that’s wearing off, thankfully!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to my initial gym appointment today and it was hard because the trainer basically told me that due to my lower back issues, I couldn't work out the way I wanted to. I know there's truth to what he is saying, but it's just hard to hear it. I still believe that I can slowly build myself back to being able to do whole-body lifts. I don't want to be that old, fat, injured person at the gym who has to modify everything. It's really hard to hear that you can't do lifting that you used to be really good at....

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well, it's only been a day, and I've done my best... I just needed to vent.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Sticking with it. I’m a great starter, but terrible finisher. So signing up for a 4-week and 6-month challenge, I intend to beat that!!
