I love this, thank you! I have been a 'dieter' for the last 7 years and the ONLY success I had was with a paleo diet. It is amazing and eliminated heartburn that I was frequently experiencing...I am on MFP if you count calories there...UN is jparn. I am an extremely healthy eater and have been paleo inspired for a while...I would still eat corn and rice though as I didn’t know the details of the paleo diet reasoning on those. The more I read about Lectins the more I realize eating them just isn’t worth it and have been decreasing my few existing grain consumption since! I am not using a specific app for calorie counting so I’ll check that one out. Thanks!I would love to have a fellow paleo dieter as well, so let’s collaborate and meet our goals!:-)
