Parker thank you so much for that comment and support, I have not really had to much support in this journey prior to this and it helps to have the support of everyone else here that is going thru this with me. I wish you the best of luck in getting more water into your diet.

I also wanted to share that I reached another milestone yesterday at work. I had spinal surgery on April 12 of this year; prior to that I had put on 100 lbs to my already 200 lb frame bringing me to 300 which coupled with my "osteo" and a cyst that grew on my spinal cord pretty much made physical activity impossible for me. OK the point being after only 3 months and no physical therapy yet I managed to walk up 32 steps at work. I have not taken a stair case in over 1 year and It was amazing.
