Thanks for sharing this idea - I use flax in my smoothie - this makes great sense for us that suffer with wheat issues.

That is a great book. I have had great results with a gluten free diet...many symptoms have disappeared. I need to get that book out again and look at the recipes. Thanks for sharing!
