I've heard it's important to make sure you're getting enough protein at each meal - breakfast, lunch and dinner. To keep you satisfied. I'm doing that and it helps to keep me from binge eating. I'm also having 3 snacks a day: raw almonds (24), cheese stick, 1/2 c plain yogurt with cinnamon and Stevia. Sometimes adding a few almonds into the yogurt. You can do this. Make a plan and work your plan. But - I do understand. If I have a bad - sleepless night - I'm fighting myself to keep from having a big ol' bowl of cereal. Sometimes I lose the fight. Now - I'm trying to grab sugar-free cinnamon flavored gum to stop those snack attacks.
