Roasted Artichoke Hearts
1 15 ounce jar artichoke hearts in water, drained
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon unfortified nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1. Mix everything together in a bowl and place in a 5.3 quart AirFryer basket. Airfry at 375°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
2. Serve with Sriracha Mayo.
