My husband told me I needed a belt because my pants were falling down!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn’t totally stay on my diet while we were traveling even though I still lost weight, I could have done better.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Consistency. I’ll do well for a while but when I start slipping, it becomes a slippery slope that is difficult to get away from. One of the things I’m working on is sticking to a healthy routine that will allow me less slip ups.
