I'm always going up and down 5 lbs, which is super normal for me!
This time I played 2 games near each other, so for the next game i have to weight a few days and I think this is the best for me.
Extending the 4 weeks. Maybe Diet bet could make some 6 week games.
Like you have to reach your goal in 4 weeks, and maintain for 2 weeks. Or maintain for 4 weeks or something like that! Seems healthier than always being in weight loss mode!
