This has been a great challenge I went from whole 30 to paleo so going from so strict in what you eat to more freedom was scary I pretty much stuck to my paleo foods and world great so happy to see I can livevya normal life eating healthy snd it works!!!

I traveled to Connecticut from Maine for a funeral and packed healthy food proud of myself for sticking to my paleo foods skipped even the wine
