Non-scale victory of the week!

I deal with constant nausea so when I can eat anything more then oatmeal it's a win. Today I had taco bell which wasn't to bad but now I'm in lots of pain and just wishing I stuck with oatmeal.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I really need to stick with detoxing my body for a bit and eating clean foods.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Hungry all the time, sugar cravings off the chart. Final straw was the weight on the scale.

Drink more water, resist snacking at night.
