How's the motivation going? I've been sick and grumpy this week so hoping next week will be better. I love you!

Not much motivation. My hormones are out of control. Breaking out, bloated, tired. I'm not eating bad but I'm exhausted which doesn't make me want to exercise. I weighed this morning and was heavier than my starting weight so it's looking up for everyone else on here! lol. We'll see what happens in the next two weeks. Who knows. Sorry you haven't felt well. Hopefully we can feel better this week and push ourselves a little. Love you too! Thanks for checking on me! It's nice to know you're there.

Thanks for showing me this. I really needed something to get me going. This dumb shoulder really threw me for a loop but it felt good to work out again today. I'd really slacked off feeling I had a good excuse. I love you and hope you're having a great day!

You're welcome! I figured I would try it because my motivation has been nonexistent lately. Knowing I have all of you seeing how we are all progressing helps a lot too. It felt good to work out today. Plus I'm finding it easier to watch what I eat. May have to do a bet every month and see what happens!
