I chose to not eat a large bag of pistachios, and I chose to not buy the large bag, because I did not want to be tempted by over eating.

I need to consume a small portion of glucose in fruits form, early in the day to help my brain gets going

Eat one huge salad as my one meal a day, starting at 5 and finishing at 7. The salad will have dark leafy greens, raw potatoes, beets, purple cabbage, avacado, black beans, hemp seeds, cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots. Also mushrooms, and onions. I’ll use balsamic vinegar on top.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Nothing. I tested many many variations, and now use caloric density to choose my foods. I am PBWF - plant based whole foods. I eat foods I prepare, no added oils or spices. I also eat before 7 pm.
