Eat one huge salad as my one meal a day, starting at 5 and finishing at 7. The salad will have dark leafy greens, raw potatoes, beets, purple cabbage, avacado, black beans, hemp seeds, cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots. Also mushrooms, and onions. I’ll use balsamic vinegar on top.
