How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I thought the Progress Weigh In deadline was the monthly deadline. I was wrong (it's for the weekly prizes) so I weighed in a day late and missed this month.

Hello Everyone! I’m right on schedule with the monthly weight-loss goals set by DietBet. To win this transformer I only need to lose 1.6 pounds over the next three months. To achieve the personal goal I set for myself I need to lose 15 more pounds by the end of this. So, I no longer feel challenged by this bet and will continue to find my motivation through other avenues. I would have been better off sticking with kick starters so I may join some of those. I’ve really enjoyed the ones I’ve done in the past because of the challenges, support, interaction, tips, recipes, exercises, motivation, etc. that the hosts and fellow DietBettters provide. I will keep up with my required weigh-ins and the minimal interaction on here. Good luck to you all!

@dawn d: if you’re looking for a really interactive crowd, join Lexi’s Kickstarter. The weight loss goal of 4% is too high for me right now, but I still miss Lexi’s tribe. They are amazing at motivating you!

Thanks. I’ve done Lexi’s before and I love them! I wasn’t planning on doing any others when I started this transformer but I’m going to join hers as well now.

I recently tried carb cycling coupled with Intermittent fasting and I really love it so far. Only been a week but it has helped with adherence and cravings. I just barely made weigh in this month so I’m extra motivated to get some cushion for next time! What are you all changing up for this month?

Round 3 has ended! It's time to submit your official weigh-in for this round.

That means we're into Round 4! Keep yourself accountable by weighing in unofficially or by submitting progress weigh-ins through Membership. To reward players for consistency each Wednesday we’ll randomly reward an exciting progress prize to one or more players who submitted a Progress weigh-in during the 7 days leading up to the drawing. The next drawing is on Mar 21.. Any official weigh-in’s submitted within the 7-day Progress weigh-in window will automatically apply as the weeks Progress weigh-in. Remember, that only official, Referee-verified weigh-ins determine who wins. Your goal for Round 4 is 9% of your initial weight. Good luck!

Get ready for the final weigh-in for Round 3! Once the round ends on Mar 17 at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Mar 19 to submit your final weight for the round. Even if you're not a winner, please submit your weight and photos.

Once the weigh-in period begins, you will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the game. Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted, and don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! (If you don't get one, check your spam folder.) You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner for this round.

The round will finalize 24-36 hours after all weigh-ins have been submitted. Good luck!
