I started my weight loss adventure weighing at 288 (I think my highest weight was about 296) I got down to 188 with in 1 year by living a healthy lifestyle .... I gained. Some back purposely because I was too small for my bone structure and I didnt loke how I looked ...with will power and prayer I am who I am today and that is a healthier Me??
